Mandi, the peaches went perfectly with the pork. I actually made a chutney and stuffed the pork with that. It added a little heat to each bite. So tasty…

i love stuffing. did you like it with peaches? that's whats so great about foodie fights i bet that's something you wouldnt try otherwise! but now im intrigued and want to try to make a peach stuffing haha

Love that you made Bearnaise sauce (my absolutely favorite)! I'm struggling to imagine what it tastes like with the peaches in the pork chops – probably as much as you might be trying to conjure up what my tarragon ice cream tastes like! I'll have to try this since I'm swimming in both tarragon and peaches.
