Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

Around the holidays my family usually gets together for dinner, but before we eat we usually have appetizers.  So this week I wanted to showcase some great appetizers.  Today is the simplest appetizer of all.  It just happens that it might be the most delicious too.

These lasted about 2 minutes.  Yep, they are good.

Next place a chunk of pineapple on the bacon and roll it up.  Use a toothpick to hold the bacon to the pineapple.

Place the bacon wrapped pineapple on a broiler pan or a rack over a cookie sheet.  Broil on high for 5-7 minutes.

Rem0ve from the oven and flip the bacon wrapped pineapple.  Place back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.

Serve and enjoy.

Make sure to make a ton of these as they go really fast.  For being so simple, they are super amazing.
