Smash Burgers are quite possibly the greatest burgers around! You take seasoned ground beef and smash it onto a griddle. You let the griddle caramelize one side of the burger and then flip, allowing a super tasty crust to form on the other side. These burgers cook quickly, allowing for the finished product to be juicy and delicious! These are hands down the best burgers ever. I love Smash Burgers!

It starts with some delicious shrimp and ends with a grilled nectarine. Also, included is a nice grilled lemonade cocktail that will keep you socially lubricated all day. Enjoy!

With the 4th of July right around the corner, I wanted to share my perfect burger recipe. It is a simple recipe, but takes a little time to make. Grinding your own meat allows you to get more flavorful cuts. That way you do not have to add a ton of seasoning to the burger, to make it taste good. This burger only requires a bit of salt and you are good to go. Add your favorite cheese and you have the ultimate burger.

The runny yolk permeating the meat and mixing with the cheese. Well it is divine and down right amazing! Here is the mouth watering burger.
