Living in the South, I have come to love a good biscuit. A nice flaky biscuit that is on the verge of being too salty, but is just right. Mmm, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. My son Liam asked me to make biscuits, so I decided to have a go at it. The results were awesome! These were some of the best biscuits I have had. Definitely the best biscuit I have ever made.
Last week I wanted to bake a few pies for Thanksgiving. However, I did not have any pie crusts and I really dreaded making my own. Pie crusts are a pain in the butt. Then I discovered an old food processor that Dana and I had. Who knew that we owned one. Anyways, 3o seconds later, I had a fresh pie crust chilling in the refrigerator. I don’t use food processors much, heck we just found out that we owned one, but they are the ultimate tool for making pie crust. All you have to do is measure out the ingredients and be able to press the on button. Food Processor Pie Crusts are the best!
The other week I went into the local super market and found some Sirloin Tips on sale. I love sirloin tips. They are tender and delicious! I have been extremely busy, so I figured I would experiment with making them in the crock-pot. That way I can enjoy some delicious Sirloin Tips with mushrooms without much effort.
