In the bowl of your mixer cream together the butter and sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix each one in fully before adding the next egg.

Add the extracts and mix well.

Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Then slowly add the flour mixture to the mixing bowl while alternating with the milk. A little flour, a little milk, a little flour, a little milk.

Finally add the lemon zest. Mix to combine.

Grease a bundt pan. I like the cooking spray that has flour mixed in with it.

Pour the batter into the pan and shake to level.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean from the center.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then invert on a wire rack, remove the pan and allow to cool for another 10 minutes.
