Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce. And then dredge the rim in some turbinado sugar. Then drizzle a little more caramel sauce into the glass.

In a shaker full of ice add 4oz apple cider, 2 oz caramel vodka and 1 tsp caramel sauce. Shake well.

Strain into the sugar rimmed martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.
