Homemade Hot Chocolate that uses 100 percent real sugar and no artificial sweeteners.

In a large bowl or container combine the powdered sugar, dry milk, cocoa powder, salt and cornstarch.

Mix well to combine. I recommend covering the bowl with plastic wrap or a cover and shaking it for 2-3 minutes. You want to make sure that all of the ingredients are distributed well.

If you want, you can then portion out the mix into individual jars. They make great gifts.

To use, add 3 tablespoons of mix to 8 ounces of hot water. Mix and serve.

We like to top ours off with a little whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
