Super Appetizers for the Big Game

The Big Game is coming up, and I want to make sure that you are all prepared for your party.  This year we have compiled our favorite appetizers and party foods!  Besides a nice selection of Ice Cold Beer, you should consider serving some of these amazing Appetizers. The recipes are tested and guaranteed to keep your guests happy and full.

Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Pork Belly Burnt Ends are the most delicious things that may ever touch your tongue. They are quite literally the best thing that I have ever made. We like to call them Melt In Your Mouth (MIYM) Bacon Cubes. These grew out of necessity and then turned into a sensation at my house. I had a pork belly that needed to be used and I did not have the time to cure it. So I cubed it, smoked it, and turned it into magical bacon goodness.

Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos

Cored and stuffed jalapenos filled with cooling cream cheese. The perfect combination.

Smoked Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Chorizo Meatballs

This is an awesome appetizer that is perfect for tailgating, cookouts, sports games or any day.  The spicy, smokey and cheesey flavors are a great combination.  If you want a great appetizer and have access to an outdoor grill this recipe is for you!

Queso Fundido

What is Queso Fundido you ask?  Well it is freaking glorious!  Basically it is a Chorizo and cheese dip that you serve on warm flour tortillas.  It is quite possibly the best cheese dish that I have ever had!  The ooey gooey cheese and chorizo on a warm tortilla is straight up gold.  My mouth is watering as I write this up!  You have to try it.

Bacon Onion Jam

Quite possibly the best condiment you can have on Sunday!  It is great as-is or served as an addition to hamburgers, pizza or even hot dogs!  If you do not have any Bacon Onion Jam lying around at your party, you are not doing it right!

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pull Bread

Cheese, bacon, sour dough bread and ranch?  Yes please!  This is the ultimate appetizer at any game day party!

Pepperoni Pinwheels

Only the best way to serve pizza at a party.  The rolls are compact, pretty to look at and perfect for carrying around!

Bill’s Bruschetta

A great traditional bruschetta recipe!  Fresh tomatoes on a toasted baguette!

Green Bean Fries

One of my all time favorites.  Sounds healthy right?  However, once these bad boys are covered in delicious bread crumbs, they are amazing!

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Our famous boneless wing recipe!  Sometimes we even inject hot sauce into them before frying!  Try that little tip next time.

Smoked Chicken Wings

Hot wings are great!  However you have to try them with a little kiss of smoke.  So delicious!

Grilled Hot Wings

Don’t have a smoker?  Try these grilled wings.  The skin gets super crispy and they have a nice little char flavor!
