Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet pan. Make sure to use a pan with a little lip as the bacon renders a tad bit of grease.
-
Next form the crust. To do this you need to make a weave. Yep, just like the weave on the breakfast fatty. Take 1 lb of bacon and turn it into a tight weave. To make the weave lay out eight strips vertically on a piece of foil or plastic wrap.
-
Then fold over every other vertical piece of bacon in the middle then place a strip horizontally across the vertical bacon. Then unfold the strips. Next fold back the alternate row of bacon that you previously left flat. Then place the next piece of bacon across the vertical strips directly adjacent to the first horizontal piece. Repeat two more times. Once you finish the first half, repeat with the other half.
-
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes and blind bake the crust until the bacon is almost crisp. You want to cook the bacon almost the whole way, since any part of the crust covered with sauce will not get that much crispier during the remaining cook.
-
Once the crust is blind baked, remove it from the oven and cover with sauce.
-
Then top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup cheddar and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
-
Finally top with 1/4 cup bacon crumbles and 6 oz of Canadian Bacon.
-
Place the pizza back into the oven and cook for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and starting to brown.
-
Remove the pizza from the oven. Pick up the edges of the parchment and slide the pizza onto a cutting board. Slice and eat.
