  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups favorite veggies I used two bell peppers and a onion
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 14 oz can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flake can use less if you hate spice
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  1. Peel and de-vein 1 pound of shrimp.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Preheat a large fry pan or wok over high heat.
  4. Add 3 tbs of vegetable oil to the pan. Then add 2 cloves of garlic.
  5. Stir the garlic around and immediately add the shrimp. Stir continuously and cook for 1 minute or until the shrimp start to turn pink.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. Then add your favorite stir fry vegetables. In this example I used two bell peppers and 1 onion.
  7. Cook the vegetables until tender, roughly 3-5 minutes.
  8. Then add the shrimp back into the pan. Quickly stir.
  9. Add the sauce and bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Roughly 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from the heat and serve over rice.
